We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

• Not Another Word offers an optional auto-renewing subscription ("Pro") that unlocks additional themes, practice languages, and the home screen widget.
• Pricing: $5.99/month or $29.99/year (prices may vary by region and are always shown in the App before purchase).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price you agreed to, unless the price has changed and you have been notified as required by law.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your device), after purchase.
• No cancellation of the current subscription period is permitted once the period has begun; any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
